Capital Campaign

Let’s learn through play! The Chambers County Children’s Museum will be the premier place in southeast Texas for young families to engage their kids in learning through hands-on play. The museum will showcase many permanent exhibits such as “Main Street” – an exhibit of local businesses that children can interact and pretend play as doctors, grocers, veterinarians, bankers, etc., a light exhibit where kids explore color and light, the “Big Blue Blocks” exhibit, an art room, theatre room, and a rice farming exhibit.

At the center of Main Street will be the museum’s showcase exhibit on Oil and Gas. This exhibit will teach visitors about the industry and technology used as well as geology, history, and raw product to consumer pipeline. The museum will also offer programming on a variety of topics such as crafts, science workshops, parenting classes, and more. Summer camps will be a highlight for older kids as well as the annual Children’s Business Fair.

Your personal or corporate donation to the Chambers County Children’s Museum Capital Campaign will enable us to bring inspiration, exploration and innovation to the children and families of Chambers County. Donations of any amount are deeply appreciated. Amounts falling in the categories below will be recognized on our Donor Wall featured prominently in the museum front entrance.
