With 7 camps to choose from, there is something for every kid entering 1st through 6th grade! Each 4 day camp is 2.5 hours long each day, and includes curated activities led by our Innovation Experts, snacks, and free play in the museum. Both morning and afternoon options are available.

Critter Camp:

Critter Camp will provide children an educational experience with animals, including their habitats, diet, behavior, and more. Local organizations will bring their knowledge and love of animals to camp each day with interactive experiences.

Pokemon Camp:
June 24th-27th, 9:30a-12noon

Learn the history of Pokémon including legendary Mew, Charizard, and Eevee. Campers will be provided their own set of Pokémon cards and binder to hold them. We will explore Pokémon types, move effectiveness, and strategy, building skills in gameplay.

Art camp will provide children a study on styles of art and STEAM explorations. Campers will create art and explore various media while learning about famous artists. This is sure to expand your child’s love for art.

Lego Challenges Camp will help campers think like engineers, solve problems, and get creative all while playing with LEGO’s! Campers will be provided tasks to complete where they will design, build, and test their ideas just like engineers. “Come be the special.”

The Chambers County Children’s Museum is excited to bring in Code Ninjas to offer this camp!
Your camper will be immersed into a creative playground where they will learn to program, build, and code 3D worlds and Lego creations! Campers will experience programming, robotics, team work, and problem solving in this hands on offering.

Content Creator and AI Academy Camp:

At this camp, aspiring creators will learn to create, edit, and share their own videos! Campers will also learn the fundamentals of AI development and application through activities in coding, games and robotics.

Camp Invention:
Camp Invention is a nationally acclaimed program of the National Inventors Hall of Fame. Participants will engage in open-ended, hands-on STEM challenges, from building a mini skate park and planning a celebration to launching a pop-up shop and transforming a robot into a stuffie! Each experience inspires creativity and boosts confidence.
